Covid-19 policies

Effective march 31, 2020

For deliveries/Pickups:

  • Any person/s entering our premises are subject to temperature screenings. Any person/s with 100.4 or above temperature is not allowed inside the premises. If entering our office or warehouse we request that proper PPE masks be worn and social distancing of 6ft. minimum, for our employees protection.
  • Currently our office and warehouse are closed to outside traffic. All pickups are requested to be coordinated by calling 901-755-2623 where you will be given instructions to go to our warehouse dock on the backside of our building. There items will be set for customers to pickup while maintaining minimum 6ft distance.
  • For deliveries, prior confirmation that customer will be on-site will be required before any delivery is made. Coordination between jobsite or site supervisor will establish an offloading site and materials will be left at an agreed upon offloading point with no contact with jobsite personnel. 
  • If it is absolutely necessary to enter a jobsite, our employees are to wear all required PPE which includes masks and gloves.
  • If at any point Division 10, Inc. employees observe that a jobsite or point of delivery is not following OSHA COVID-19 requirements, they are instructed to immediately leave that jobsite and report to their supervisor. Division 10, Inc. employees will not return or enter that site until it can be proven that OSHA COVID-19 requirements are met and being enforced.
